Studio 38 Fitness Happenings

Earn Your Turkey in November

This studio program is geared towards helping all of our clients get through the first holiday of the season (Thanksgiving) with minimal to no damage.  This program will consist of daily activities to help “Earn and excess of calories” aka lose a couple pounds before November 26th.  Along with activities and workouts, we’ll also be passing along tips and ideas to help stay on track during this pivotal time of the year.  We

will weigh in before the program starts and monitor the progress of our

participants and then we will weigh in again when it ends to see how we fared.

Class Schedule Changes

We have a couple of great changes we’re making to the class schedule, some of which have already started.  The first is on Tuesday nights.  Tuesday is not just for Spinning anymore.  Along with Spin, Brienne has to added a Yoga element to the class.  This 30 minute Spin, 30 minute Yoga format is already running and had gotten great reviews.   If you’ve ever wanted to try spin, yoga or both this is the class for you.  You can register online or by emailing jeff@studio38fitness.com

Thursday 30/30 will be changing to 5 X 5 starting November 5th.  Hilary will mix and match an intense 5 minute interval of spin with a variety of strength exercises to keep the heart rate up and challenge the body.  With little to no rest in between cardio and strength it doesn’t give your body the chance to fully recover therefor burning the maximal amount of calories of the 60 minute time frame.

Both of these classes will start at the usual 6:15 pm time slot.

 

Welcome New Trainer Heather Davidson

Heather comes to us from a studio in Boston where she worked for a couple years after finishing at the National Personal Trainer Institute in Waltham.  Heather brings a fun, high energy style here to the studio that reflects on the way she trains her clients.  Always upbeat and friendly, Heather is quickly meshing with the clients in the studio and will be a great addition to our team.   To try some training with Heather, email jeff@studo38fitness.com to reserve a spot.
