Holiday Schedule

 Even though there is a holiday this week, we’re not going to miss a beat! We have great workouts scheduled for every day, even New Years! Check out our schedule and be sure to reserve your spot today.

Tuesday: Spinning 12:15 PM & 6:15 PM

Wednesday: Spinning 5:45 AM/ Tabata 12:15 PM. No Evening Class

Thursday: Happy New Year! Full body cardio/conditioning @ 8:30 AM.

Friday: No AM Spinning/ Core & Cardio @ 12:00 PM.

Saturday: Regular Schedule

Sunday: Stair Running: Who’s up for it?

 Team Vs. Team New Years Challenge

 

What better way to get into the exercise spirit then to enter the new year with a team challenge to keep you motivated.  Those of you who elect to join this program will be assigned to either team red or black.  From there you will earn points for exercise in the month of January that will be tallied and tracked in the studio on a chart for everyone to see. How well your team does depends on you and your teammates. You’ll be able to earn extra points with fun things to do as well as lose them if you fall off the wagon.  All interested parties can email jeff@studio38fitness.com to get in on the action.  

 Stair Climb and Training

 As some of you already know, we have a rather large group participating in this years Climb of Your Life, American Lung Association Stair climb on February 7th.  We will begin training for the event this Sunday and wanted to extend the invite to all interested parties. We typically meet at 7:30 or 8 on Sunday mornings and venture to one of our TOP SECRET training spots. (I’d tell you where but then it wouldn’t be a secret)  Anyone who would like to join us or try it out, email jeff@studio38fitness.com for all the info.
