Thanksgiving Week Schedule and Project Fight Back

[box] Here is our schedule for this week. Please sign up for the classes online at studio38fitness.com. If you plan on utilizing our drop in program you must reserve a space ahead of time due to the volume of clients anticipated.[/box]

Wednesday: Regular schedule for 5:45 AM and 12:15 PM class.  The 6:15 PM conditioning class will be moved up to 5 PM.

Thursday: Thanksgiving Class @ 8 AM. (Trainer Surprise)

Friday: Day after Thanksgiving Class @ 9:30 AM.  (Trial Class- Quarter Conditioning)

Saturday: Normal Schedule

Sunday: Possible AM Run. TBD

 

Project Fight Back- Starts 12-1-14 (6 weeks)

If you’re tired of working your but off all year just to have it all go for not during the holiday season then our first annual holiday fight back might be for you. We will meticulously keep you accountable so you little to no weight gain during this challenging time of year. When you want to eat that extra helping, we’ll be there. Looking for another piece of pie? We’ll be there… With the combination of accountability, exercise and practicing restraint we’re confident we can help you maintain your weight if not even lose a few pounds. This is FREE to all personal training clients and $25 for all class participants.  All new to the studio the cost is $60.
