Beach Boot Camp TomorrowThis is a quick reminder that we’re having beach boot camp tomorrow! We’ll meet at the studio sharply at 8 AM and caravan down to the sugar bowl in South Boston for our workout. You can sign up online or reserve a spot with me by emailing jeff@studio38fitness.com. It’s fun and different so I hope you can make it.
If you can’t make it…
We have a few people who can’t make the beach because of previous commitments but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a workout in. We’ve been doing the 30 Day Challenge at the studio and one of the bonus workouts that everyone is talking about is the 200 body weight squats in a row. If you can’t make the beach, take 5 minutes and try this for a supplement. You’ll love it!!
