Saturday: 8:00 Spinning/ 9:30 AM Spinning

5K Club-First Run
Tonneson + Co 5k for Wakefield’s Interfaith Food Pantry’s Kids First
We’ve decided to run as our first run one that would go to”
“ The Kids First program provides food to families with school age children during the summer months”.

3 Year Annual Party
July 27th @ 4 PM
Please be sure to RSVP by July 20th if you plan on attending our annual party. We’re going to have all sorts of fun things going on that day and we want to plan accordingly so please be sure to let us know ahead of time if you plan on making an appearance.

Tomorrow night @ 6:30 PM
Please join us at the Stoneham High School track tomorrow night (Thursday) for our ongoing summer track night program. We start promptly at 6:30 PM and lasts for approximately 35-40 minutes. This program is complementary for all personal training clients and $8 for all others.

Fall 1/2 Marathon Anyone….
Newport half marathon. October 12th, 2014
Training for the Newport RI. half marathon will start the weekend of July 26/27. Anyone interested in participating in this activity should feel free to join us in our training. We will have a definitive start date for training as we get closer to the 26/27th.

Great Day at
Mount Monadnock
Talk about a great day.
If you weren’t able to join us last month when we climbed Mt. Monadnock be sure to not miss the next time. We had such a great time, so much that we plan on doing another climb in the fall. Stay tuned for details.
