No Sweets No Treats- Prep for Winter Fit 2012

With Halloween now over it’s time to get refocused on our fitness goals for end of the year. The holiday season can be challenging so to prepare for our annual Winter Fit program we’ve already begun No Sweets/ No Treats. It’s pretty simple. You know those delicious deserts, warm baked goods and sugar filled treats? Yeah, they’re done. No more for you. We’ll start by taking those out of our diets now and then next Wednesday when we start Winter Fit it won’t seem like too much of a shock to our system. Who’s in?
