Throw A Little Spice Into Your Workout

Want to switch up your workout a little bit? Throw 3 minute bouts of high intensity cardio in between your exercise complex’s. For example, if you do pushups, chest fly’s, DB squat press, plank rows and hi/low plank- go through each exercise 2 or 3 times then hop on the treadmill, ellip, stair, etc for 3 TOUGH minutes. Right after pick 5 more exercises and repeat.
