Class Schedule for the

Remainder of the Week

When I ship off to see Has and Gina get married there will be plenty still going on here at the studio.  All classes will be the same as scheduled accept for two small changes.  The Thursday 30/30 class will be a 45 minute spin class and there will NOT be a 12:15 Core and More class Friday at noon.  We have some great people filling in while Has and I are gone that can offer you some exceptional workouts.

Alicia Brickman will be covering Tabata Wednesday (tomorrow) at 12:15.  She’s a long time trainer and group fitness instructor.  She’s a ball of fire who brings the energy in the room to a whole other level.  If you can make this class I highly recommend it.

Mark Linkeiwicz  will be covering Super Boot Camp on Saturday morning. Mark has been training clients and groups for almost 20 year and is now one of the bosses at the most prestigious fitness club on the east coast.  He has a versatile training back round that will appeal to most if not all clients.

Charity Event

Mark your calendar for Monday July 9th from 7-10 PM because that’s when we will be having a charity event to help raise money for the Tour de Cure bike ride to knock out diabetes.  I’m riding along with team G to help raise money for this great charity.  We’ll have raffles, gift bags and a creative new way for you to help donate without feeling like you’re donating.  I will send out an information packed email on Monday with all the information.
