You can now book your fitness classes for January and February

I just opened up the schedule for bookings in January and February.  If there is a class you want to get into, book it now!!

    I’m definitely ready to get back to it for 2012. Vacation was way too long. Tired of eating too much and not enough exercise. Thanks for the workout today Jeff. Looking forward to more!

    Holidays are over – finally! It will be nice to get back to a normal schedule.

    Did my Western Mass. trip to my rellies this weekend. Would have been asleep before midnight 12/31 except for people texting me.

    Looking forward to whatever that fitness nut Jeff has in store for us for the WOW.

    P.S. – saw some of that Reebok Crossfit competition on the tube yesterday, some very fit participants.

    I am pleased that the holidays are over, but I’m bummed to be back to a regular schedule! Trying to fit in workouts and eat well is WAY MORE CHALLENGING for me in my regular routine. That said, I will be working extra hard to stay on track in 2012 and I’m off to a good start with 2 intense workouts behind me already. Cheers to 2012 – may it be the healthiest, happiest year for all of us.

    Well I don’t know about anyone else but I’m finding it very difficult to get back to my normal workout routine, especially now that work has gotten crazy and overwhelming. Must get back into it. I’m going to sign up for some classes right now.

    Well, that WOW workout arrived just in time. I was just leaving work to go work out. So much more interesting than my planned 30 minute run!

      Unfortunately I can’t do the wow with you tomorrow at 9:20 a.m. but I will be at the 5:45 am spin class!
