I figured all of you might need a little something to get you to the weekend so I found some funny exercise pics I thought you might like…

    this has been a difficult week for me —work parties, food all around, etc. but looking at the blog and the pictures have really helped to re-focus me. jeff, not only do your words help to get through difficult periods but also the input and thoughts of others help greatly. i am booking 30/30 tonight.

    I love these! Very clever. I missed the wow today but managed to make it to 30/30 which was great. I made plans to do the workout tomorrow with a friend. It helps to plan on meeting someone so you can’t back out at the last minute.

    Did the WOW this morning with Ernie (thanks WB!). Hard stuff, but soooooo good! Gotta love those stairs. and I like that everything was a minute. It feels like a long time when you’re in push up hold or working those evil pike sliders, but you can do anything for a minute, right?

    M.R. ~ I too am struggling this week between traveling for work, holiday treats, dinner out and a saboteur husband. I have been focusing on getting my workouts in..so I scheduled them through next week. And I try not to beat myself up if I get off track.

    Hope to see everyone at boot camp tomorrow!

    Jeff thanks for the laugh and the reminder to stay on track! I had an off week last week but I’m feeling motivated. Had a great WOW with a friend this morning and looking forward to bootcamp tomorrow.

    Bootcamp was tough but great this morning! Feeling energized! Hopefully that feeling will stay with me as I start my christmas shoppping this weekend(yikes).

    Just went grocery shopping and planned our meals for the week which should help prevent me from being lazy and going out to eat or ordering dinner when I get home from work. Feeling positive about a good points week!

    Now if I could only lift my arms up…ouch.
