Thanksgiving is almost over so you know what that means…. Back at it tomorrow. No excuses. The sooner you get back into your exercise routine the better. Don’t hesitate. Remember, it’s a holiDAY not holi-week….
I had some killer apple pie today but tomorrow no more! I’m getting back on the wagon starting with spinning tomorrow at 8:30! Hopefully I wake up from my food coma in time to get there….
BF = FFD worked well for me yesterday, with my highest WF points day so far. Besides the no sweets/purchased meals/alcohol, I got in a personal training session, a half hour of cardio on a bike, and the workout of the week including workout bud points (thanks Tracy!). I’ll have to admit I was fairly spent after all that exercise.
When it got to be evening, instead of grabbing a couple of cold ones out of the beer fridge and getting docked for a negative six points, I went outside and hung Christmas lights.
Just a note to say how great it was to have the option of working out at Studio 38 yesterday and today. Lauren and Rob both led great a.m. spinning classes and although I could have done a little better in terms of limiting the food and drink the last few days(have to admit I had some left overs today!) I am at least feeling good that I worked out. I am about to sign up for Sat. bootcamp- definitely getting back on the wagon tomorrow- NO MORE LEFTOVERS!!! Hope to see lots of you in the morning….
OK. Today was a good point day… 27 including writing on this blog. Dance class this morning was challenging but excellent and then a ballet class this evening. My ipod has engraved on it a quote from Martha Graham, famous modern dancer “To Dance is to Live” given to me by my two beauties, Juley and Emily.
I think we need a few quotable quotes about Jeff and Boot Camp!!

Totally true that the sooner you get back into your exercise routine the better. I went for a run/walk this morning and feel so much better!
Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving!

JD quotes:
“Don’t look at your feet! They’re not going anywhere!”
“Tempo! Tempo!”
“Butts down!”
“Add it on!” (Spin cue)
