Try This For A 3 Day Routine

Having a hard time trying to hit each body part twice in a week? Try this.  Pick 3-4 body parts to do on Monday or Tuesday, pick 3 or 4 more to do on Thursday or Friday then finish off the week with a full body workout like Boot Camp (like the one we have going on Saturday mornings) or an indoor, INTENSE, full body circuit.  Here is an example of a split for next week:

Monday: Legs(quad,hamstring, calf), Chest, Shoulders, Abs( flexion/extension)

Thursday: Back, Bicep, Triceps, Abs(rotations/oblique work)

Saturday: Boot Camp or a full body circuit.
